Hello everyone !!
im quite excited wif this thing eventho im not into blogging thingy..
so i wanna share a recipe its caramel pudding :) My Favourite !


 Ingredients

CARAMEL
1 cup sugar
1 cup water


MIXTURE
1 tin condensed milk
1 tin water (use condensed milk tin)
Vanilla
8 eggs


METHOD
Prepare caramel. Boil sugar and water until it turns golden brown and pour into mould or dish.

Now prepare mixture. Mix condensed milk and water with vanilla. Add beaten eggs into mixture and mix well. Strain mixture into mould/dish. Cover the dish with aluminum foil.
Place mould/dish in baking tray with a little water and bake in oven at low heat for about an hour or until done. (Test with a fork - if pudding is firm it is ready).
Turn out pudding from mould on to dish. If you have baked the pudding in a dish, you can leave it as is.So Enjoy !!

Milk 2 1/2 cups

Eggs 4

Sugar 3/4 cup

Vanilla essence 1 teaspoon

Method
Take quarter cup of sugar in a thick-bottomed pan. Add a few drops of water and heat till the sugar caramelizes. Pour the caramel into a mould and let it settle by cooling. Heat milk either in a microwave oven or on gas flame. Place a metallic ring in the pressure cooker. Add four cups of water and heat Break eggs into a bowl. Add half cup of sugar, vanilla essence and mix gently with a whisk. Add warm milk and mix. Strain the mixture. Pour the egg-milk mixture into the mould with the caramel. Cover with aluminium foil and place it in the cooker. Cover with lid and steam for twenty-five to thirty minutes. Do not use the whistle. Remove when done. Serve, turned out with caramel side up, either hot or cold.
